NC Department of Labor issues citations in Vortex incident

The Department of Labor is issuing thousands of dollars in fines for the incident on the Vortex ride at the State Fair that sent five people to the hospital. The state issued the citations late Wednesday morning based on its investigation.

Camp Lejeune families protest DOJ position on toxic waste case
